Common questions

What homeowners want to know.

How long does a concrete patio take?+

Most straightforward residential patios are completed in several working days. Access, removal, weather, size, and decorative details can affect the schedule.

How does concrete hold up through Vermont winters?+

Long-term performance depends on excavation, drainage, a compacted stone base, an appropriate exterior concrete mix, control joints, curing, and routine care. Freeze-thaw cycles make good preparation especially important.

What is the difference between stamped and broom-finish concrete?+

Broom-finish concrete has a clean, lightly textured surface. Stamped concrete adds color and patterns that can resemble slate, flagstone, or other materials.

Do you remove old patios or pavers?+

Removal can be included in the project scope. Tell us what is currently in place when requesting your estimate.

How do I request an estimate?+

Send your town, approximate dimensions, preferred finish, access details, and a few photos. We will review the project and explain the next step.
